It is Sean Connery for me too, his screen presence seems to bring out the best in composers. Also in "Murder on the Orient Express", which has a terrific orchestral jazz score by Richard Rodney Bennett! I would also nominate Errol Flynn and Harrison Ford for their musical portrayals by Korngold and Williams...

Ahhhh I forgot about Bennett's score, very good too! Also John Addison's lovely score for A Bridge Too Far.

Personally I don't like The Rock but felt it would have been a mistake not to include it as the score has a lot of fans.

Actually, Ford was in E.T. but his scene was cut. HOWEVER, the scene is back in the special edition. So, technically, he's right.

Actually Harrison Ford was in ET.
    It was a deleted scene.
    Check it out on youtube.

And I can't believe I forgot the witness, and the mosquito coast.
I love Blade runner, but I was afraid to count it as a great score. I find Vangelis overrated at times.

Watched the movie on the telly tonight, forgot how crappy Ben Affleck is and how GREAT this score is!

I think I may be the only person who likes Ben Affleck (especially in Dogma). sad I thought he played a pretty good young Jack Ryan in The Sum Of All Fears. Not as good as Adam Baldwin's or indeed Harrison Ford's stints as Jack Ryan, but I still liked Affleck in that movie.

Again, which actors do you actually like? I've rarely seen you praise an actor (or at least to my recollection, you know how forums tend to make you remember the negative more than the positive!?) dizzy

I am not the only one who doesn't like Bennifer, i think you're the only one who does like him wink

I very much like Joaquin Phoenix, Javier Bardem, Al pacino and Robert De Niro, Steve Buschemi, Hugh Jackman, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Keanu Reeves in some movies, adored Marlon Brando, George Clooney, Anthony Hopkins, Jack Nicholson, Sean Penn, Clint Eastwood, Kevin Spacey, Michael Caine, Christian Bale, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Johnny Depp , Samuel L. Jackson, Jim Caviezel, Bradd Pitt, John Malkovich, Ben Kingsley, Morgan Freeman when he's not doing crappy movies, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Mike Meyers,

Absolutely hate: Will Ferrel, Jack Black, Schwanzendicker, Ben Affleck, Jason Statham, Ashton Kutcher, Ben crappy Stiller (vomit), Ashton Kutcher, Jean Claude VanDamme , Chuck Norris, Ashton Kutcher, Josh Hartnett , David Hasselhoff ,Rob Schneider, Sylvester Stallone,

Don't like: the 24 dude, at all; Daniel Day Lewis, Nicolas Cage, Tom Cruise, David Caruso from CSI, Kevin Costner ('xcept for DRAGONFLY), Jim Carry (except when he goes serious), Burt Reynolds, Christopher Lambert
