    So, rather than letting this discussion die - how would it affect you if iTunes closed?

    Personally, I never buy music from iTunes. I'll still download the occasional video or TV show for my iPod, but not songs or scores.

    SO they wanted to raise the money that the artists get for their music, but now they turned that down because of Apple?

    Ahhhh the mighty Dollar rearing its ugly head, The record companys want more money and Apple says NO, Geesh, Just as long as the itunes software stays for all of us ipod users. My wife will cheer!

    A loss of iTunes would not affect me at all.
