Yeah, it's not a BAD score, it just isn't a very good one. No way Oscar worthy.

Use FoxitReader instead of Adobe Reader, which sucks and is too heavy.

Luis and I set eachother a challenge of creating Casino Royale covers from 2 posters we each picked. He'll probably beat the living hell out of me if he does one, but here's my first entry:

Ah, I've finally found some of my old artwork I made years ago, and thought I lost the digital ones for good after a computercrash. I had completely forgotten I also had some of them on another computer!

    GRAEME REVELL - GOSSIP (PROMO)
    http://img20.imageshack.us/my.php?image … ontlh8.png

JOHN WILLIAMS - STAR WARS - SELECTED MUSIC FROM THE FULL SAGA
    http://img262.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … opygk3.png

TOMANDANDY - MEAN CREEK (EXPANDED SCORE)
    http://img145.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … opyul0.png

    GERRY
    http://img515.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … opyxf1.png

    CHARLIE CLOUSER - SAW (SCORE)
    http://img444.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … hedvv3.png

TREVOR JONES - DARK CITY (RECORDING SESSIONS)
    http://img503.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … ngfyw5.png

JOHN DEBNEY - THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST (EXPANDED)
    http://img262.imageshack.us/my.php?imag … nt4ia2.jpg

Some of these are pretty old (made in my first years of doing this), but The Passion of the Christ is new and very much a work in progress, it's one of the many versions I have at the moment. I just can't find a way to make those letters work slant

By the way, the white line at the edges basically shows the limits of the cover and is not a part of the design.
  1. BTW, Bob... it's Jack LENZ

Something I just threw together... not all that imaginative.

10,000 B.C. (Harald Kloser and Thomas Wander)

    FRONT COVER ONLY

Nice. Simple but effective removal of the background there, I like it.

(I take great pleasure in telling people Thomas Wander's REAL name. biggrin )

I really like both the 10,000 BC covers! The first one makes me laugh, I wouldn't want to be that guy... spin
  2. Great covers Erik for 10000BC, but I have a doubt... the name of the co-composer isn't WanKer? maybe I'm wrong...

Talking about LAIR, seems that many of us had similar ideas, a friend of Brazil asked me to make that cover together, he'll make everything but the front, so here's what I did:

    LAIR

And as bonus track I finished my alternate cover for Jumper, I changed it because the first I made is the same as the official, I discovered it later tongue

    Anyway, here is it: JUMPER

    cheers!

  3. Thanks Steven!

Hey Tony, I can see both covers perfectly wink

Wanker is his real name but for this project he has changed it to Wander.

That is just awesome! Much better than the one I did, check the Debney's Lair topic. Mine is so amateuristic in comparison. shame

    YEP! biggrin

Depending on which country you're from 'Wanker' is not an endearing term.

Oh, we here in Holland could handle it. After all, one of our most famous detective series on TV (not a comedy) has a main character called Dick de Cock cool
