Apparently it's not uncommon for crocs to take young elephants, this croc obviously made the wrong choice. On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

A collection of photographs taken from an astronaut aboard the International Space Station. Absolutely gobsmacking:

There are some great photos there indeed.
The comment that he "...created the jaw-dropping panoramic image by stitching together three photos..." as well as the look of the photos suggests that he used the technique of HDR to produce the images.
I've got a relatively inexpensive camera that does allow me to bracket my exposures and I was thinking of seeing whether I can get some decent HDR images using my camera.
Has anyone had a go at producing HDR images? And if you have, do you recommend any (free) software to use to stitch together the images? The linked site suggests something called Luminance HDR - anyone tried this? The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn -

Are you sure that's true... What about the guests here?
Anyway, congratulations on both of you being lookers and all that!"considering I've seen an enormous debate here about The Amazing Spider-Man and the ones who love it, and the ones who hate it, I feel myself obliged to say: TASTE DIFFERS, DEAL WITH IT" - Thomas G. -

Very nice. I like the fact that you can BUY the pictures!
You have a very lovely girl and family. Is it common in Greece to throw special parties with families for engagements as well? In Norway, the big parties are usually reserved for the weddings, while the engagement is usually something very private between the man and woman (at a restaurant or something).I am extremely serious. -

Well thank you! It's not my option it's default It wasn't a big party; it was formal, with all the customs followed (well most of them anyway, we rejected the annoying / excessive ones) but no priest was present as they did in the old times, and none other than parents / brothers / sisters.Love Maintitles. Man has to buy this shitload of things, man's parents have to buy the other shitload of things, woman's parents have to spend a fortune, a priest must be PAID to come to your house and bless ya, crap like that.
(not that we didn't buy a shitload of things and food )
