Love it.
I am a sucker for Tony Scott, Denzel Washington and when Travolta goes evil, it's a rather enjoyable ride. Apart from that, HARRY GREGSON WILLIAMS seems to do good ONLY with Tony Scott during the last 5 years so why not

That does look pretty good, and I too love Travolta going evil (I recently saw Swordfish which I enjoyed as well). -

Unfortunately I have seen the Stallone remake.
I know I don't need to say this but I'll still give my opinion on watching it with one word....

Unfortunately Hollywood feels, like it or not, that if they can make money on it they'll remake it. Nothing is sacred.listen to more classical music! -

It's not like it got a crappy little remake, is it? Tony Scott is one very good filmmaker imo, with a distinct personal style.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

Well, all of them? I thought all, Man on Fire, Domino, Deja vu had a very distinct character in them, something special in their own terms.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

The Coen brothers are great film makers and even they have they're odd blip or two, most glaringly with the totally unecessary remake of Ealing classic THE LADY KILLERS.

Agreed. Man on Fire and Domino (and their precursor, SpyGame) were very influential in term of influencing the current visual style of cinema. -

Yeap, Tony Scott isn't the greatest filmmaker out there for sure, but you have to remember people we're in 2009. New things will inevitably happen and i think Tony Scott is at least one of the slick and original new things to happen.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -
