A score by Evelyn Glennie? That's the deaf Xylophone player, right?

It's quite a good documentary, actually. I'm not sure I could listen to it as music without seeing her playing at the same time.

Yeah, I know, but I had a serious rush to get this score, and I had to go with the cheapest version, so i chose iTunes. The sound is okay (256 kbps).
    I have a plan.

He would have described the stream in A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT as a 'river of death'!

---- Well, I wouldn't argue that it wasn't a no holds barred, adrenaline fueled thrill ride. But, there is no way you can perpetrate that amount of carnage and mayhem and not incur a considerable amount of paperwork.

I've never heard Legrand's, but I do like Conti's score quite a lot even though I've never got round to getting it. rolleyes I love the opening scene in the remake where Conti's music gives a wonderfully idyllic view of New York.

The remake is a better film, not too many films you can say that about though to be honest the original is hardly a classic.

Legrand's score is superb, at times jazzy, dramatic, sexy, a very varied score and one of the 1960's true classics!

p.s. Conti's score is pretty good....just not in the same class though.

I spent over 150 bucks on CDs today. Everything here is so cheap compared to back home, and Best Buy sell quite a lot of soundtracks. I swear at points it was literally ''I'll get that one...and that one...ooh, and this...'' Robert Townson is going to be a very happy man (if that's even possible for him). wave
