I know something really wrong is happening here, but is there any chance we can just ignore it?

How has no one mentioned Goldenthal yet?

    Just on SWAT alone there's:

    My Big Black Assault Weapon
    Three Chords In Two Minutes
    That Cop Stole My Car
    The Fascist Shuffle

    Even a track called Samuel Jackson...although it's a song...but what a song!!

Chris Young has some good one's too:

    A Certain Uncertainty
    Faythe In Faith
    Music For Violence And Orchestra
    Bombs At A Discount

    etc.

I'm getting a strong sense of deja-vu on this thread!? Either we've had a thread like this here before or at ScoreReviews or I've read them all before at FSM or MovieMusic?

Hell, I'm sure I even repeated myself with the Night Games track titles???

Ya... it's been done before. Either here or at scorereviews. And it's been done to death at the other boards as well. Still fun though.

I'm now waiting for the Williams vs. Goldsmith thread to start.

Indeed. This is one of the most frequent topics around! There are many threads like this at FSM, at least.

Goldenthal has been mentioned. While his "pun" titles are fun, I prefer his MUSICOLOGICAL names, like "Lento", "Adagio" etc.

Elfman is also pretty clever. Especially love how he uses these track titles over and over again, like "Weepy Donuts" in Van Sant films or "Final Confrontation" (most recently in TERMINATOR). I guess he finds amusement in the fact that Hollywood films - no matter the scenario - follow a pretty strict recipe!
    I am extremely serious.

Actually, some of Zimmer's are also favorites of mine, but I forgot to post them. Pawel soon mentioned them, however.

I love the story behind the track titles to Hard Rain. Apparently Young submitted his usual goofy titles but the record company didn't like them so he came up with the most bland and uninspired titles you could ever create.

    1. Hard Rain (Main Title) (03:21)
    2. The Jet Ski Chase (Part 1) (04:28)
    3. The Jail Cell (Part 1) (04:35)
    4. Wayne Kidnaps Karen (01:54)
    5. The Jail Cell (Part 2) (04:36)
    6. The Church Attack (03:13)
    7. The Truck Heist (02:11)
    8. The Cemetary (02:27)
    9. The Cow (01:54)
    10. Kenny Dies (02:38)
    11. The Rain (02:32)
    12. The Jet Ski Chase (Part 2) (02:02)
    13. Karen (00:57)
    14. The Church Chase (Part 1) (03:30)
    15. Locked Up (02:09)
    16. The Roof (01:03)
    17. The Church Chase (Part 2) (01:26)
    18. Jim Saves The Day (01:12)
    19. Over The Rooftop (01:58)
    20. Flood (03:32)

    lol

That would have been fricken sweet. cheesy
By the way, I love the opening titles to the film, and the song Flood at the end by the Christian band Jars of Clay. The string quartet (I believe) interlude in the middle is amazing.
