    I'm pretty shocked myself that you actually LIKE this one, Demetris,

    "The Creation" is one of most ferocious cues Doyle has ever written and I'm glad he had the balls to try and pull off such a cue for the scene it accompanies. I don't think anyone in our wildest imagination would have though to hear a scherzo over top the creation of The Monster. Brilliant move and thank God Branagh went along with it!

    No 'military' Russian choir writing, that's for sure, but it certainly feels Russian, but for different reasons. It's an excellent score and one that I should revisit soon as it's been FAR too long since my last listen. (It's one of those excellent scores I'm never in the mood for. rolleyes )
