  1. Every so often people say how good Revell's music for Red Planet is. Can someone let me have a copy of his tracks for me to listen to? (I've no interest in the songs that accompany the score tracks.)

    Cheers.

I remember that the music for the end of the film is very operatic with a lot of chorus. Unfortunely, thoses cue weren't released.

I did notice from my search that there is a 2 CD unofficial version (of what I assume are the session recordings) floating about.

  6. Well, the "Riddick" score CD may have been cancelled, but Kraft-Engel has finalyl managed to put up music from it on Revell's page. A 3:52 minute long suite:

  7. I saw the movie recently and didn't think there was much score to write home about. Very much moreso in the vein of Pitch Black than the far more enjoyable Chronicles of Riddick (and what little orchestra there was sounded synth). At first I was disappointed that there was no score album for what must be Revell's biggest movie in ages, but after seeing the movie I understand why there wasn't.

Well why there wasn't an orchestra and a score album?

He's scoring GOTHAM. Certainly seems up his alley, only i hope he keeps it more thematic and less drone-y than usual. http://filmmusicreporter.com/2014/07/01 … xs-gotham/
Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders.
