    One city that I recommend to anyone plan to visit the American midwest for a vacation, go to Chicago! It's such a wonderful city. If you appreciate architecture, then you will be very impressed. The skyline is great to look at.

    I must admit that Chichago isn't on the top of my list when I finally get my USA trip together. I have also heard less-then-glowing reviews from people I know who've been there. But if it's "on my way", so to speak, I might pop by. smile

    A couple of friends and myself are planning a good ol' cross-country car trip from coast to coast. Probably not in a couple of more years, though. Finances, work schedules, social status etc. all need to match up.
