Hi guys,
thank you very much for kind words; you probably don`t even realize how important this is for me - I recently had so many failed attempts to reach and interest someone with this score that i just seriously started to doubt if it is worth anything. So frustrating...., I am not giving up though. All the best, M. -

I must add that the beautiful artwork is courtesy of our own Luis Miguel Rojas (I miss him a lot on this forum) and he did it completely for free!http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

Good.
Don't.
We're a pretty discerning group here, and if the overwhelming reaction is SO positiive, you can take it to the bank that you are on to something.'no passion nor excitement here, despite all the notes and musicians' ~ Falkirkbairn -

Oh, can I ask for a topic name change? To the composer's name? Just simply his name in capitals, as the general rule of the forum goes?
Thanks in advancehttp://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

Maciek just wrote this on his Facebook page:
For the last month I have been working on a score for a short film entitled "The Windé", directed by Gavin Woodward. The score, which is planned to be around 45 minutes long, will be available for purchase on iTunes in July. Some of the wonderful musicians I had the privilege to work with on my music for “Clockwise” have already agreed to perform. I will also collaborate with Paweł Stroiński who will be helping me to produce the album. I will keep you guys posted !
I can finally confirm that this is happening and that I am also working on this album. I've got the chance to hear the demos and it's going to be really good.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

Hey Maciek,
Thanks again for a great meeting in Krakow, despite the ALIEN party not being quite what we had expected. And also for your promo CD of CLOCKWISE. I've been listening to it a couple of times recently, and really like it. I don't know what I had expected...probably some sturm-und-drang dissonance or something....but this is a lovely, melodic affair. Slightly Celtic in colour with chamber orchestra-style orchestrations and beautiful vocals.
This will probably get a lot of spins over here.I am extremely serious. -

Hi Thor ! Yeah, the party was a bit weird, though I really enjoyed our conversation at the pub ! It was great to meet you and Francis. I am also very glad you enjoy listening to my score for CLOCKWISE I hope we will have a chance to get together again, at some other festival perhaps ! All the best, Maciek -

Maciek's Facebook fan page (which you can see here) has been updated to feature a music player. Right now a selection of his score for Clockwise is playing, but it will be updated when there is more music. I encourage Facebook users to come, listen and, hopefully, like the page.
Due to recordings there is a delay when it comes to The Winde album, but I got to hear some of preliminary mixes of the score and in my book it's going to be a wonderful album.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

I will, when I can say something more.
I can also say, I think, that a lot of the soloists working on Clockwise are back on The Winde. And they do bring in a lot.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

Hi guys
I just uploaded some clips from "The Winde" on soundcloud , still not 100% but we are getting there
The album will be released in early January as a digital download and possibly CDs. Some amazing musicians are playing on it - Kari Amirian, Marcin Rumiński, Marcin Drabik, Richard Carter, Fair Play Quartet, so expect some stellar performances

Yes, I know Maciek and Pawel sent out some promos (which was really nice).
But I'm an odd, principled fellow: I enjoyed listening to the score so much, that I think a regular, chargeable release is (more than!) warranted. I want to pay for all the hard work and time gone into this wonderful work.
So I've been patiently waiting for a regular release.
When I saw The Winde slated for January, I was afraid Clockwise was off the table. Hence my reaction.'no passion nor excitement here, despite all the notes and musicians' ~ Falkirkbairn -
