I don't know anything about the score (though I'm sure I'll enjoy discovering it) but that novel is one of the most beautiful works of art I've ever experienced.
I love you all. Never change. Well, unless you want to!

How can I not be interested in this release???? shocked punk

p.s. James Fitzpatrick described Paul Hart as a true genius ( he gave more superlatives on this composer but I can't remember everything he said ), has anyone here heard anything of this composers music? I'm very intrigued and I can't imagine someone of James Fitzpatrick's standing proclaiming someone a genius just on hyperbole and without good knowledge of the musicians abilities and musical works?

p.s. Not sure about putting Vaughan Williams 'The Lark Ascending' on this album as everything else is on a hiding to nothing.

Damn, why can't they treat Williams' unreleased TV music the same way?
    I am extremely serious.
  2. Considering that Jerry is no longer with us for over a decade, you will have to wait a good while for that to happen with Williams I'm afraid.

Not sure if I'd like this... Not too big a fan of his early work. Well not like I am of 80s and 90s Goldsmith.

  3. Following Ben-Hur Mr Fitzpatrick isn't going to treat anything anymore recording wise.

    Volker
Bach's music is vibrant and inspired.
  4. That's right, he's retiring.

Won't anyone else continue his stellar work? I hope so.
