Good episode, overall.
Sayid
deserved a more heroic death though. Even Charlie had an epic death, including score wise.
Sayid
's was fast, anticlimactic, as if it was a third class character. The submarine motif is always welcome by the way.

The here to there / there to here thing is true though. As is the night and day thing (it's almost insulting how fast we go from night to day and viceversa).

Pretty much, and it made me cry
  1. That was one of the best episodes of the season for me. Finally an exciting episode of Lost again. I'm still not happy with them abandoning all their previous themes for this new theme of good vs. evil. That's totally a season six invention.

No, it's not. You can see the good vs Evil thing in the pilot.

    the proof in the promo : http://raftreload-media.blogspot.com/20 … o-n-1.html

But I agree, that it was too late to finally explain that theme and I don't like that they abandon all the previous stuff. I want to know , at least, more about widmore, eloise and electromagnetism.

The next episode will be about Jacob and "black smoke" history. the whole episode.

I wouldn't be very optimistic about it.

Good episode, but it still didn't get anywhere. It's probably the 4th episode in which Locke says "it's beginning" or something in that vein. When is it beginning? And will that be the end?

    Also, where's Ben and co?

They were on their way to blow up the plane, so considering Widmore's people had already rigged it with C4 I'm not sure of the point.

One of my favourite quotes of the show:

Flocke: "Whoever told you that you needed to stay, had no idea what they were talking about."

Jack: "John Locke told me I needed to stay."

I didn't think it was one of the best ever. Certainly on the level of season 6.

    No , seriously.

This episode was pathetic in every way. And you will understand this when you saw it.

A lot of people in the forums are saying the same thing even when they liked the previous episode.

it's ridicoulous. and the worst thing it's they based all the show on this ( or it's what they say).

    I'm really sad. sad

And I can't disagree with you more!

That was even better than last weeks episode, easily one of the best ever, and Giacchino's score is probably in the top 5 of the entire show.

As with many of this season's episodes, I really don't know what to think. It was good? It was bad? Did it tie up anything? It didn't? Anything makes sense? I'm afraid I'm not the lost geek I thought I was.

let me help you, IT'S FUCKING STUPID. we don't deserve this.
So, Jacob and his brother doesn't know nothing. No, it's the killer bitch of his stepmother who really knows, but as usual she doesn't want to answer any question.

All is ridicoulous here : the light with souls (?) , the wheel wich if you put water on it can make you leave the island (!!), the brother with no name who enters into the light and becomes black smoke, this excelent wine that makes you inmortal, the rules that you can invent only because you can....Why? because YOU CAN! don't question it!

And better of all this: If you follows the orders of your stepmother, who kills and burns everyone and kidnappes childrens, you are still a good guy.

By the way: I never assited to a birth, but I think something is wrong with the belly of that girl....After 2 sons it is still BIG!
oh! by the way...I guess jacob visited IKEA to build his lighouse with mirrors.
