The clips sounded nice so I bought it, even though I felt bad paying $10 for a 20 minute score....

The score is gorgeous, the main theme is very beautiful but it's indeed extremely short in duration.

I've always wondered how to pronounce EYRE. As in 'eye'?

It ponders me so much I might have to lay down.

It's like you would say Heir, as in Heir to the throne, or kind of like 'Air'.

You can stand up again now. wink

As in...not yet another adaptation of Jane Eyre rolleyes I suspect Marianelli's score will be good though.

I will make every effort to listen to it ASAP. I am way behind with new scores. Haven't even listened to the new McKenzie yet which I am absolutely dying to hear. And Jane Eyre is one of my favorite stories, even if it has been filmified poorly a bit too often, the original book is absolutely brilliant IMO.
