  1. Last night the German Film Award gala took place in Berlin.
    Nine time nominee “Cloud Atlas” took away 5 “Lolas”, yet all in “minor” categories.
    Winner of the night was the film “Oh Boy” that triumphed in almost all “major” categories. Among these being the award for the best score.
    The score for “Oh Boy” was composed by the German film music company “Major Minors”, a company comparable to Han Zimmer’s RC, but much more diverse stylistically. They crafted a relaxed, jazzy score for this film. The score got a digital only release. Samples can be checked out here:
