    The main guest this year is Patrick Doyle. There is the annual (free) film music concert on Saturday.

    I've received a press pass to the events themselves, so I'm considering going. The trouble is the airfare and hotel -- and the fact that it's located quite a bit outside Helsinki. I've never been to Finland before, so I wanted to see some of that too.

    How was it?

    I very much wanted to attend, and perhaps should have made the necessary sacrifices to make it happen in hindsight. It is a very important forum for building a genuine and fruitful Nordic film music network, so it would be great to read a summary of the events!

    Eirik aka plingkong and I are sitting on the plane back now. It was great, as always, although the contents of the seminars were uneven, also as always.

    I'll do a more full report later!
