I'm sure a lot of you, like myself, are fascinated with the actual process of film scoring and watching with amazement at the professionalism of the individuals involved (composers, performers, recording engineers, etc). I don't believe that we have a thread with links to footage from sessions; I'm obviously familiar with the DVD extras that include 'behind the scenes' VTs, but I'm talking about raw footage of the sessions.

I stumbled upon this one from The River Wild on YouTube and I just love the level of insight.

    Any others knocking around?

THE RIVER WILD one has actually been released on DVD.

Of course, I'm sure you're familiar with Dan Goldwasser's site scoringsessions.com, but they mostly have pictures (not videos).

Like you, I'm always fascinated by watching real-time scoring stage footage, and one of my greatest dreams is to someday see all the footage that Spielberg has shot on Williams' scoring stage over the years -- unedited!
    I am extremely serious.

That's because studios have been more and more paranoid about any videos being shot at sessions. It's not even worth it anymore.
I consider a project a success when Thor says he won't buy it

Thanks for the info. Have you tried, i.e. did you do them in the past? I can't remember having seen any videos on your site.
