    I am looking forward a whole evening of Abel Korzeniowski music, Titanic and the youth orchestra. The youth orchestra was awesome last year :-)

    It's a shame it collides with the Zimmer concert here in Oslo (May 20th). After my absence from Krakow the last couple of years, I really wanted to return this year. sad
    I am extremely serious.

    Yes Bregt we are there the whole week. But to me this is also a week of spending time with my film music loving friends :-) You can always drop by or a weekend of course! ;-) But for me the highlight will be the Abel concert and that is in the middle of a week.

    And Thor I am quite curious what your opinion about the Zimmer concert will be!

    Yeah, I have high expectations, despite a very poor venue here in Oslo.

    I'll probably be off to Cannes the day after the Zimmer concert (co-ordinating a film music event there), so I won't be able to combine it with Krakow in any case. It's a shame it always collides with other things at the end of May. Looking forward to your reports.

    I missed you in Krakow Thor! I hope Cannes was awesome :-)

    I wish there were more festivals like this one sdtom, so that more people can enjoy it!

    Changed the title to avoid making another topic about this festival.

    They announced Michael Nyman as the guest of honor for the 2018 festival!

    It will be held that year from May 29th to June 5th.

    I have no idea yet, but I would love to attend once. Nyman is a cool composer with a varied repertoire. However, the timing will be key here, as our house renovations should be finished early next year but we'll see about that. And money too of course. smile And I'd love to visit that city too.
