I haven't ever seen it, not even the complete pilot episode, but i am interested in the music of the show. Does anyone know for sure who's doing it? Giacchino? Tilton? The 2 of them together? Any chance for a CD release seems vague, from what i gather 'till now.
Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders.

Giacchino did the pilot and Chad Seiter did it all from then, even though Giacchino still gets the credit at the end. The first four episodes after the mid-season hiatus are by Tilton, and then I assume it will go back to Seiter.

How's the music like? Giacchino LOST-esque? Any good?

Eeerie Lost music put through a synthesizer is probably the best way to describe it.

Chris' music for Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian video game is now available to download from his website, if anyone's interested.

Sweet, I didn't know he scored that. Hopefully it will be better than Silvestri's temp-track score.

Chris Tilton is amazing...two free scores in two years!? And its not like it's cheap-sounding music...his FREELY DOWNLOADABLE score to Jumper was better than Powell's film score and actually one of the better scores of 2008... smile
I love you all. Never change. Well, unless you want to!

And like Jumper, NATM2 is miles better than Silvestri's recycled score.

I also just noticed that he has a bunch of older scores available for download, such as the Alias video game...I don't think those were there the last time I checked...

I've gotta say, Tilton's NATM2 score is probably my favourite new score of '09. Bravo.

I followed everyone's advice and downloaded Night at the Museum 2 by Christ Tilton. I wasn't expecting much, but I must say, this is really good. I'm probably going to burn a CD of it so I can listen to it in the car even.

It's a wonderful score! Very colorful. Well done Mr. Tilton! cool
  1. Chris sure is making a name for himself. Can he finally come out of Mr. Giacchino's shadow now?

Fracture is also a very good action score, reminiscent of Mercenaries
I'll have a listen to NATM2 later. So good of him to share it with us. WE'RE NOT WORTHY!!! punk

No... and please don't forget that it was co-composed by the equally talented Chad Seiter. Seiter's stuff is most impressive!

What little I've heard of this Tilton/Seiter production convinces me it's a MUST HAVE!
