After two-three years, I decided to play Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy in the USA) again. Strange how much I'd forgotten about the story. Pity you have to actually crack the game to be able to play it on Vista, plus the uninstaller doesn't work so I had to go keyhunting in the registry to get it removed sad

The seven hours of gameplay were worth it though.

Trust me - I'm still struggling on a 6.4GHz processor, 2 GB RAM and 2x 8800 GT's. This game requires a PC from the future!

Hope the requirements for the second part are not over the first one. If so, we´ll have to play it in the NASA.

Mate, FSX isn't a game; whenever i hear someone calling it a game i get the same feeling as whenever i hear someone call "song" a film score piece wink Of course it can be fairly simple when you're using keyboard and default sim planes, but with purchased added professional planes which come with 90% working stuff like the real thing and printed manuals of hundred pages and stuff like these (will own soon), these (already own) and these (already own too) things get pretty serious wink I know i am a geek on these things but aren't we all? wink

Wait 'till you try FSX on directx10 and all details full; then your pc will crawl! (Mine as well and it's brand new, i do a lot of tweaking while spending countless hours on relative forums and compromises in order to keep it running reasonably good)

Still, there should be a "noob mode" where all you need to know is a couple of controls. I'd love to aimlessly fly around the world, but I don't want to have to worry about winds peed, flaps, fuel, landing gear and all that other stuff. kiss

I still use FS9. It runs at around 40 fps on my computer which is great. FSX is just too sluggish. I might upgrade to X if I get a new computer, but I highly doubt that will be happening anytime soon.

Some more info on the back-story of Assassin's Creed. The time travel elements of Lost, combined with the hidden artifact elements of Indiana Jones. Nice. cool

Ah I ask myself where my interest and patience has gone because one time, I would gladly do all those things. My head just isn't into flight simming anymore, last I played was IL2 Sturmovik.

On another note, I noticed today it's been a month since I last touched GTA 4, I'm on the mission where I need to rescue Roman, but it's a frustrating one, and I'm beginning to show symptoms of GTA-boredom. I have a feeling this will become my least favorite in the series, as I've played all the others to death... Maybe I've grown out of the genre.

On yet another note, anyone else interested in the new Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 game coming out later this year? Huge fan of Red Alert and its sequel, but I'm hoping it won't go in the direction of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. Judging by the gameplay videos it doesn't look like it. And the live action cutscenes look absolutely amazing, with another terrific looking cast. Can't wait.

I recently got my hands of Age of Empires III. Good game, excellent graphics. But ironically, I read today that the company behind the series, Ensemble Studios, will be shut down by Microsoft (as its owner) after the completion of their current title, Halo Wars, an RTS game which is being developed exclusively for Xbox 360.

    Ah well...
