It's absolutely horrific. Their parents should be held accountable for something like that but who cares enough as to actually try and stop it? Or control it? And let me guess, is it an American trend? -

I've heard about the pageants before, but the doll picture and your mentioning "swim wear" stuff, just makes one go "holy crap, what is wrong with these people?!".
I wonder whether the mothers were doll-malnourished as kids. Or perhaps they had too many, and are trying to relive their doll-obsessed childhood.
