Green Zone sounds like it's full of energy, but they've gone for the Hans Zimmer method of recording, and the actual orchestra sounds...well...awful.

I think it's the recording tbh. The same happened on The Bourne Ultimatum.
  2. it's good to see decent to long tracks for a chance, especially for this genre

Green Zone is interesting, but all my excitement is saved for How To Train Your Dragon.

    confused
Since most of the tracks are action oriented, I don´t see how Green Zone can be "United 93 Part 2".

No I don´t, but 3/4 of the clips are action oriented tracks. I don´t remember a single action cue in United 93.

The theme in the first clip sounds suspiciously like Horton.

I already prefer Dragon over Zone! lick
(But then that wasn't too hard. Green Zone is really repetitive and unmelodious)

I would have liked that... I think Kung Fu Panda brought out the best of both of them.

It surely doesn't sound bad but still, too generic for me. I'd like to hear the whole album, though.

I think fans of Powell's scores to animated films will enjoy this, but those who prefer his other scores probably won't be as excited by it.
