I have been finishing off all my milk products...
In some weird way, I kinda give myself liberty to eat them all, until tomorrow evening, when I get the results of my lactose intolerance test.
If I am intolerant I will 'know' and so be forced to give it up.
Right now, I'm still in some state of semi-ignorant bliss.
So I have plundered my freezer and fridge and I have enjoyed my home made chicory in ham rolls and cheese sauce (my grandmother's recipe), my cheesecakes and my waffles...
Now tomorrow evening it's time for enlightenment. But right now, ignorance rules.
