    Well, his situation is stable without neurological complications.
    I hope that means he will get through it!

  3. That means that he is stable (which is good) and that he won't be paralyzed (his spinal cord could have been destroyed by the injury, it wasn't)

    WOW! So sad, hope he gets alright pretty soon, he's an excellent musician, a very gifted composer and - from what his colleagues say about him, a very warm person with an excellent character. So sad to hear that.

  5. And Nigel Westlake's son was hurt or something, and another composer was injured as well (don't recall his name).

    Maybe everyone should just stay inside, and away from trees.

    That's why I prefer to pluck fruits using a long stick rather than climbing! slant I hope he gets well soon!
