    Anyone's listened to his scores? I was just listening to his "Tom And Jerry" 2 CD compilation and loved the music!
  2. I have the 2-CD FSM release of his music and it's a great listen - though I can't listen to the whole thing in one sitting. Hearing that T&J introductory fanfare every 5 minutes gets a bit too much.

    I'm always surprised how much I enjoy this stuff 'cause usually I'm not too keen on "mickey-mousing" music, but I was brought up on T&J cartoons on the TV and there's a big nostalgia think with this music.

    Interesting thing is that in the cartoons, everything from the scene's action to the character's laughter (really!) is represented by music. And IMO Scott handled that excellently!

    Cat Concerto is my most favorite music from T&J series. Bradley did a phenomenon job arranging Hungarian Rhapsody #2 for that picture.

    I never get bored listening to any of the tracks on the 2 disc set, hehe. wink
  6. I certainly do listen to the music on this 2-CD set often, but I like to mix it in with other stuff.

    I'm not sure that it is this one. I'm trawling through the web and my FSM CDs to try and track it down. I came across the song you mentioned but it didn't sound like the melody you were looking for.

    The T&J clip sounds more like a Charleston-style tune rather than a tango.
