And when I saw the title of this I thought it was about the old cocktail music
Thomas
I think you might be onto a business venture there!
"The Cocktail Corner" bar that plays cocktail music (whatever that is) and serves cocktails.
I love it.
Light jazz. Film music wise that could be a lot of Mancini. On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

I have a Star Wars novelty album called Cocktails In The Cantina, providing tongue-in-cheek jazz arrangements of Star Wars tunes.(well, you know you shouldn't expect high art when they manage to get a picture of porn/gang-bang queen Jasmin St. Claire on the cover - don't worry though, it's über-cheese, but nothing that's actually offensive).
The arrangements are really pretty darn enjoyable, and I'd love to sip a Pangalactic Gargleblaster while listening to the Imperial Conga!'no passion nor excitement here, despite all the notes and musicians' ~ Falkirkbairn -

I thought you could have had fun describing them as Mimolette - Renaissance artist, Emmenthaler - mathematician etc but then you come un-stuck at Danish BlueOn Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -
