    The high lights festival started last night in Montreal. A festival that thumbs its nose at winter by inviting everyone to discover the colors of the city.

    Here are a few pics that I took on the sites:

    This picture is of the headquarters of the Jazz Festival with the special decoration for the High lights Festival;

    Can anyone name those artists on the side of the building?

    I'm going back tonight indoors this time for a play/multimedia show.

    Yes, it is fun. There are outdoor and indoor activities. The Festival is divided in 3 parts: dance shows, musical concerts and culinary delights. Chefs from around the world come to cook and compete. The last night is called "Nuit Blanche" (which means Sleepless Night in french) and it goes all night until morning, even the subway will be going all night.

    Seriously, that stuff has the ability to creep the shit out of me. I don't know how it really felt down there when they discovered that, but i'd seriously consider selling that house and moving elsewhere (if the government doesn't already step in and take that property over anyway smile ) But isn't it weird? I mean nobody noticed all those years? And with that iron grill sitting on top of the hole??

    Really?
    I don't really see what's eerie about a temple. smile
    (Unless it's a Temple of Doom, or some sort of Lovecraftian Shrine to the Ancients.)

    The main difference seems just that one advocated a totalitarian government structure, while the other combated it. dizzy

    [edit] i am laughing at the clip and song itself mostly, 'cause otherwise it's just two short glimpses by a what's probably a very observant dude who found this, or a true, very funny story indeed which i highly doubt wink

    I loved how they matched the design on both vehicles, though. It's like matching tie and handkerchief, but on an astronomically expensive scale. biggrin
    (And it does look like a Hollywood Lair Of The Villain design, doesn't it?)
