Hi Mike!
New here myself. I am living in two world currently, board-wise. This is such a nice community that I didn't want to remain just lurking any longer.
Nice to meet you here, too!
Cheers!

Hey guys,
Some of you may recognize me from JWFan or Filmtracks. And while, frequenting two boards already has my hands full, I've heard much about the community here and would have to participate in some way.
Some basic things. John Williams is my favourite composer. The Lord of the Rings are my favourite scores. And I write reviews for scores at www.musicmusekk.wordpress.com.
I look forward to getting to know you all.

I shall keep my opinions about Zimmer mysterious. I don't actually have a favourite composer yet, it all depends on the mood I'm in. Off the top of my head I like Powell, Elfman, Desplat, McCreary, and some John Williams.
Does Daft Punk count?"Class is having lunch with the homeless and dinner with the Queen." -

Hey, welcome aboard, Sarah.
Check out, if you have not heard it, "Anywhere But Here" (Elfman). There's only a suite on the soundtrack, though. The views and opinions of Ford A. Thaxton are his own and do not necessarily reflect the ones of ANYONE else. -

Hi everyone!
Long time lurker, decided to finally join this lovely place.
Been a frequent poster on other forums, most notably filmtracks (as PT... and sometimes Mankind).
I promise to play nice and not cause too much havoc.
