It's been raining here for at least 2 months now! (OK, we had 2-3 sunny days in between, but that's all). Many people turned on the heating. It's very unusual in Hungary in June!
I hate rain and cold! Bring on the real SUMMER, please!!!

Well, the weather was pretty good when we were in Budapest two weeks ago, but it was occasionally interupted by some CRAZY rain showers, almost Thailand-style, complete with thunder and lightning. I shot this rainbow picture just after one of them:

We had a lot of sun for the last month here and summer-like temperatures (34 Celsius) in Montreal. It is so dry the water levels of our rivers is way down and we have forests fires. We had some very appreciated rain this week.

We had rains here today, so the temperature dropped to around 35 degrees C. But it's still awfully humid!

    Really?
Here it's quite the opposite. We had a couple of weeks of summer weather, warm and sunny (25 C -35 C), and now it has been raining for two days with about 20 C.

Nature will be relieved though, it has been very dry. I like rain too, gets me in the mood for reading and cleaning up. But after a couple of days I hope it will be about 25 C again and sunny.

Yeah, it was an amazing shift of weather between Saturday and Sunday here too. Saturday was brilliant, Sunday was all-rain and today is all-grey.

Rain, rain, rain and more rain. It's been a miserable summer in Norway so far (with only a HINT of summer now and then), and now we have this "monster rain"-type weather coming to us for the next week. As I look out the window here at work, I see that it has already started. sad

Strange that it can be so RADICALLY different from the South of Europe.

    Ouch.

Norway looks less interesting! You're not a good advertiser. I prefer Spain at the moment, although the lack of fjords is rather depressing. I loved the siesta's and the more relaxed tempo of living, its food, its women, its weather... (well, except the last).

Here it's also rather anonymous weather: the day starts clear, followed by a couple of hours of dark clouds, next an hour of sunlight with white clouds, then some rain, heat, rain, shit, ...
