Chris Young..and that's it so far.
Get. Giacchino. Then I'll be on a plane instantly. -

I´m going, no matter who the guests are (they will be great, as always).

July 2009. As for the program, I hope in a couple of months some names will be confirmed.

I asked the same to one of the organisers last congress. He told me they were working on it (it is not easy though).
I hope to see as much of the MT crew possible there!Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

I need more than Chris Young tbh...the lineup this year didn't interest me at all. -

Yeah I imagine the lineup has to be really appealing to take a plane and then reach Úbeda.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

The plane was ok, but it was such a trek to get to Ubeda. It was a three hour drive from Granada.
During the siestas (there's no way I'm falling asleep during the day!) I went over to a couple of the neighboring towns and there was absolutely nothing there!
Why on earth do they have these things in the remotest of locations? -

Welcome to AndalucÃa. They have a totally different rythm there. Don´t expect nothing to happen until night.

Because it has a magic that other places doesn´t have. If this event took place in Barcelona it would be a 20 minutes drive for me, but trust me, it would be a whole different experience.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

I'd hardly call Ubeda "magic". It was just a town...
If anything, the nearer my house the better. -
- CommentTimeNov 23rd 2008
Did you visit the old part of the town? It is like going back to the spanish Renaissance!Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

What composers will be there, when is it, and how much?Revenge is sweet... Revenge is best served cold... Revenge is ice cream. -

The only composer confirmed by now is Chris Young. THey usually start providing guests by mid december.
The Congress is in July (no exact days confirmed yet, but it´s usually by mid July. So this year could be July 9-12 or July 16-19).
Usually about 100 € for the full Congress.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

You should have gone back to Granada - a visit to the Alhambra is a must. Well worth a visit. The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn -

Me too!
I'd be there in a flash!
And then we can all visit the lace on teh Ramblas where [REC] was taped and get pissed on sangria.
In fact, I'll pas on the former and go for the latter.
