    Impossible to tell. Undoubtedly it's going to rake in the dough, but whether or not it can capture the essence of the graphic novel (which is a big deal - absolutely excellent) is another matter. I have my doubts.
    Luminous beings are we.. Not this crude matter.

  2. I think considering 300 was such a successeful critical and financial movie, Watchmen will thrive on that success

    No, it's the Eighties' Superman/Batman.
    It completely and singlehandedly redefined comics superheroes back then.

    It's pretty much the norm now.

    Others who have heard more clips of the score, mentioned the same adjective as well. I haven't heard it but i am not surprised by the reactions so far.

    Having read it as it came out in separate comics it totally and completely blew me away!
