    JERRY GOLDSMITH is my all-time favorite, but it's harder to pick one single score that stands out as my favourite among his... but probably TOTAL RECALL!

    Silly would imply it was some way inappropriate for the film (which it wasn't) or nonsensical as music. Sure, feel free to hate it (even if it is one listen), but calling it 'silly' is lazy criticism. (Morricone's spaghetti western music might be conceivably described as silly with all its anachronistic elements, but that's partly because it's meant to be.)

    But I don't really have a taste for extremism, so if this is the sort of conversation that will flourish in this thread, I don't know that I have a lot to say.
