Underground (http://www.moviescoremedia.com/underground.html) composer Stuart Hancock's score for Chee Keong Cheung's new film, Bodyguard - A New Beginning - is an equally engaging modern film music piece written for orchestra and electronics. This score puts a little more emphasis on character-driven music, as the story is about a Hong Kong bodyguard who is sent to the UK to protect a woman whose identity is known only by his boss. Hancock's dark, percussive and driving action music is coupled with reflective themes and atmospheric suspense writing.
MovieScore Media's release of the score co-incides with the DVD release of the film in the UK

I assume it's not a sequel to the Whitney Houston/Kevin Costner film?I am extremely serious. -

Nope... but it does, accidentally, feature a prominent and beautiful solo trumpet theme just like Alan's score! Check it out, it's a really good score actually.

Just trying to download this at the moment - but with a transfer rate of ~55KB/sec (and falling) it's going to take a while!
It isn't usually this slow. The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn
