I'm in no way shape or form familiar with "real" techno so for those who know it well I apologize in advance if the film scores I reference offend your musical genre. But I love film scores that incorporate what is in my mind is a little techno. Some that come to mind are K-Pax by Edward Shearmur and The Bourne Trilogy movies. I'd love to hear some more scores that incorporate a little techno sound into the rest of the instrumental score.
Any ideas of other scores that have a little techno? -

"threath"???
As to the question the obvious ones are David Arnold's Bond scores and all three of the Matrix films. On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

Barry does it in The Living Daylights. Its age is starting to show, but it still sounds great. -

He meant "thread" and not "breath" nor "wreath".
Anyway....
BT's score to the original "The Fast & The Furious" (great title, IMO) movie had techno-based score.
David Arnold's sequel score, "2Fast & 2Furious" had lots of, what I think to be club techno in it.
Christopher Young's score to "Swordfish" had lots of work done with Paul Oakenfold.
Klaus Badelt's unreleased score to "Ultraviolet" is heavily based in the Techno/Electronica field. -

There are several techno tracks in Madagascar 2 - Hans Zimmer.
I've been told that Event Horizon is a techno score.
The Collateral soundtrack has one techno song on it that I enjoy a lot. -

Zimmer's Broken Arrow has techno elements.
Event Horizon is a collaboration between Michael Kamen and the band Orbital, so yeah, it has techno elements.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

As a hardcore "techno" fan (or rather electronica fan, which I like to say), I must admit that some of these choices hardly qualify as "techno scores". Certain ELEMENTS here and there, perhaps, but that's about it. The only things that really count from a "pure" perspective is Oakenfold's SWORDFISH and the Juno Reactor/Don Davis stuff in THE MATRIX.
But it's interesting to note how many film composers have sprinkled their scores with such elements. Even Mr. Symphony Orchestra himself, John Williams, has about 10 seconds of techno grooves in A.I. !I am extremely serious. -

Cool, very interesting. I'll have to revisit the two scores that I own which you have named. Swordfish and the first Matrix one. Apparently I don't listen to those enough. And the Event Horizon movie terrified me, so I'll skip that one for now, so maybe I'll look into The Fast and the Furious. But it seems like there still should be other techno-esque scores floating around... -

To expand a little, Oakey's SWORDFISH score is part ambient (esp. the "Manchester Beat" that he uses here), part acid trance:

Juno's MATRIX stuff, mainly the "Navras" track, is pure dark Goa/psytrance with orchestral flourishes:

It's very reminscent to what they did on the 2004 LABYRINTH album, esp. "Conquistadores, Part II":

It's awesome stuff!I am extremely serious. -

Brokwen Arrow is a fantastic mix of Chorus, techno and acustic elements. With great rythms and melodies!
Nothing it's wrong with this score! -

Broken Arrow, all three Matrix scores (especially Chateau and Mona Lisa Overdrive from Reloaded and Navras from Revolutions), Powell's Bourne trilogy and Brian Tyler's Fast & Furious scores get my votes. Love those. -

So, I finally got a Fast & Furious score! Furious 7 actually. It was really Brian Tyler's behind-the-scenes video that got me hooked (did you all see how fun that was, him playing so many instruments and conducting?). Brian Tyler is quickly becoming one of my favorite composers. I love, love, love it! I still love the techno-element in film scores, so more recommendations are always welcome!
