PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MAN'S CHEST - HANS ZIMMER

Ah! its wonderful morning now, i am playing the opening track "Jack Sparrow" wow! awesome. I know many people dislike this album. According to me, this is a very good score but the biggest problem is poor album presentation just like Crimson Tide. In fact, i find this score quite better than Crimson Tide. The irritating part of this score album is that inclusion of remix music. Why the hell they have to include remixes? That's just annoying. Despite that this is really good score by Hans Zimmer.

Agreed. There's a lot of very good action music missing from the official album.

Am I obligated to? rolleyes I said i think the score is awful, if there are any exceptions during the end of the CD i'd not remember truth to be told 'cause i wasn't usually able to make it through the entire thing. I might retry to give a spin again when i'm in such a mood.

Of course there's no obligation. I doubt the score will win you over but give the theme a spin again, it's lovely.

    NP:POTC: At World's End.

With score, suites and extra tracks 1 hour and 40 minutes of exiting and orchestral power anthems. Some of the best and most addictive Zimmer themes are here.

See? I don't have problems with additional composers in AWE. When a score it's good and Powerful it's good.

PS: I wonder why Zimmer inclused "just good bussines" in the suites,I think Beckett's theme is not god enough toi justify 2 long tracks (very good both, being far ). Oh, By the way....I bought he Soundtrack Treasure Soundtracks!

STAR WARS: REVENGE OF THE SITH - JOHN WILLIAMS

This score may not be best of star wars saga but i just adore this one. The opening track is really amazing. The highlight of this score is Battle of the Heroes, excellent choral work.

yeap. I always played the first two tracks (not because they are good, but because they are cool). the rest is mediocre and what it's worst, boring. Surpass "Tia Dalma" and "Familly Affair" tracks are really a hard to me.

wrong music, bad album, bad music. One of Zimmer's worst scores ever (with M:I 2).

Whoa with the itchy trigger finger, D! Seems a little bit hasty to delete posts? They don't harm anyone. Perhaps when genuine insults and death notes are exchanged, then deleting posts is a good idea, but it was all relatively harmless I think. (Useless perhaps, but nothing genuinely harmful.)

I'm just not a fan of censorship, especially when only a moderator has the final say. wink

Steven and Sunil, when you call each other names or if both of you fill the forum with crap nobody else wants to read, that's when a mod applies. MT is very relaxed in this aspect especially in relation to other forums and online film music places, so you all should be the last to ever call accusations on me or maintitles in general. If you still have problems with the deletion of name calling, swearing and other crap that should belong in private messages at best, from a public film music forum, you can always complain to the webmaster for my - or any of the other moderators' actions.

I don't like the themes, neither Rota's theme.

Chill! I wasn't having a go, D. I was just saying it seems a little hasty to delete posts, that's all. But if that's the way it is, so be it... I just forgot this was a sensitive place that needs to be surrounded in bubble wrap while wearing a safety helmet.

    Dear Christodoulides,

I have no problem with moderators or you. The thing is Mr.Steven unnecessarily provoking me when i was going in my own way. That's what i don't like when people provoke others and put all the blames on me. I know Maintitles is going smoothly. Even myself hate this kind of disgusting behavior. What you have done is absolutely right. For these kind of posts, there is no need for any prior notice. In case, if you find any abusive languages, crap stuff etc you can delete straightaway. I have no objection. Please don't mistake me. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    NP:Lost (Giacchino)

The first score is my favourite Lost album. Thematically well constructed and devoloped, and with a sense of resolution with those final 2 tracks. ( I love the vangelis thing in "eyeland as an overture)

I put some tracks from season 3 ("kate's theme", "Ocean's apart", "Juliet is lost", "teaser time" and "Shambala") and from season 4 ( "time and time again", "the constant", "theres no place..", "of mice and ben", "can't kill keamy", "Bobbing the freigters" and "landing party").

    That's my favourite lost music!
