I need an answer for a friend of mine. He ordered LOST Season 4 and 6 Scores togehter with Iron Man by Djawadi and that order got lost. His question was this:
"To ensure your replacement order isn't held up by delays in customs, I created the replacement order with charges and refunded your original order. The charge for this order is $52.93, and the refund is in the same amount. Both the charge and refund will be applied to the credit card used on the original order; the refund will appear in the next 3-5 business days."
What does it mean? will I get my order again with no additional costs? I mean I paid once for the order that never arrived.

I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem with Amazon digital albums on their site as I am having.
When I view the digital albums on the Amazon digital music site all the tracks are listed out of order and, more importantly, there is no way to play audio clips.
Can anyone confirm they have the same issue or can they see the album with the correct track listing and audio clips to play?
(I am using Chrome but I also have the problem with Opera.)
