Our Dark Prophecy album is a very unusual project. Working together for the second time with the very talented composer Bill Brown (The Devil's Tomb), we present the original soundtrack from the motion picture elements (cyber-bridges) of the unique online multimedia experience which is an interactive extension of 'Level 26' book series by CSI creator Anthony E. Zuiker.

Dark Prophecy is the follow-up to the best-selling novel Dark Origins. Brown's score fuses live orchestral elements with electronic and ambient textures, and features a number of thematic ideas of which the beautiful 'Henry's Theme' for strings and piano is the most important one.

The album features a lot of dark suspense music and constrasting reflective underscoring, as well as some exciting action.

    Track titles:
    1 Dark Prophecy 1.38
    2 Henry's Theme 3.19
    3 Three of Cups 3.16
    4 Hangman 2.52
    5 Deeper Waters 3.38
    6 Dark and Hilda 3.06
    7 The Fool 1.06
    8 Because You Care 1.18

I only want it if it has a lot of rhythm.

I'm in love with these newer suspense/drama scores whose music is built upon an ever-present but never-stagnant bed of rhythmic activity / ostinatos functioning alternatingly as melody and harmony: for example, most of Desplat's and Navarette's suspense scores, or the last Soderqvist score, or the latest Conrad Pope score released by MSM. I first fell in love with this style of writing when listening to Zimmer's King Arthur score, and it's so encouraging to see so many composers doing this, often in a more mature, complex and well-orchestrated way than Zimmer was (not that he hasn't improved too).

Anyway, that was only very slightly on topic...I thought of it because Mikael mentioned this score having "dark suspense" music, which I usually find utterly boring, unless it's done in the rhythmic way.
I love you all. Never change. Well, unless you want to!

It's got suspence and dramatic passages, along with some soft, ambient Soderqvist like pieces. Not much rhythm.
Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders.
