    And i couldn't be any more interested in this! I found MOON to be one of the freshest and most captivating claustrophobic films i've seen in ages.

    Clint's dad struck me when I thought about famous Mansells in the world (quite a flash of the blindingly obvious there! dizzy )

    I think i read somewhere it was David Bowie? Whatever the case, the man's extremely talented, MOON caught me entirely by surprise.

    Jones original name was Zowie Bowie, no wonder he changed his name. wink

    David Bowie's original name was Davy Jones, he had to change it as an artist due to the fact there was already a Davy Jones in American group The Monkees.

    It's good to see Bowie's son making it good in another artistic field, the sons of legends should never follow in mum/dad's footsteps...

  21. Though his first Oscar, Michael Douglas got for producing. Isn't that interesting? As a side note... Kirk Douglas did get pissed off when his son-producer didn't ask him for the main part in One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest, because he famously played it in theatre. He changed his mind after seeing Nicholson doing the part though.
