    I wasn't gonna say as I didn't want to seem uncharitable, but now that you brought it up yourself: YEAH, it certainly is! (That's why I gave up composing a LONG time ago: whatever I did, it ALWAYS came out as John Williams in the end... dizzy ). That said, I can imagine far worse inspirations than Mssr. Powell: I love him when he's doing his quirky, jaunty bit, and you certainly got that style aspect down pat in your lovely little piece!

    If it's not quantifiable or qualifiable, it's not there, Tom. That's good science.

    But I certainly wouldn't begrudge you your preference, and if you don't like MP3s for whatever reason (hell, you can dislike their colour and have my blessing) by all means stick to other means of sound carriers (we are blessed to live in an age where we have an abundance of choice in how we prefer to partake of our entertainment).
