I had to start this as the weather is dreadful (for the last 4 weeks) and it gets you down, so I am asking:
What makes you happy in the morning!
I need a good cup of tea and a good song to listen to, so it stays in my mind all day!
Here is the one for the day!

Love this song!
Have a wonderful Tuesday, people!

I envy your positive vibes, but for me NOTHING gets me happy in the morning. I've always been a night person (a B person, as we say in Norway) who likes to stay up late and get up late if I can. I'm very grumpy in the mornings and crave complete silence untill I leave the home, with set rituals. Otherwise, I won't function.
Add to that my recent, chronic liver disease which makes every single morning feel like I'm hung over, even if I haven't touched a drop of alcohol, and that should give you some idea.
But yeah.....have a good day!
I am extremely serious. -

I am usually quite positive in the morning. Though this morning I felt like I got up a bit like John Hurt after his hypersleep in Alien (but without the electrode pads on this occasion.)The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn -

Me, happiness and mornings don't go together. Thor calls himself a B person. I'm somewhere between F and G.
Coffee does help. And sometimes music can get me going, though what kind will vary from day to day. TSFH does the trick more often than not I've found.

For me it all depends on how I slept. I'm an early riser and usually my mind is fairly clear and I can do my best writing in the am.

Hey guys, I am obviously the only real A Person. I love my mornings, but then it is understandable if you don't, everybody is different. Still Music always helps, doesn't it ???????

I am definitely more of a night person than a morning person. I am finding the time at which I get to bed on the evening getting later and later. Currently my regular bedtime is about 2.00 am. Unfortunately, the time at which I rise isn't getting later and later - it's usually about 7.00 am. But I seem to function quite well with about 5 hours sleep. The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn -

There are only two types, but yeah, I'm somewhere towards the end too, if each type corresponded to the whole alphabet.I am extremely serious. -

I think all Spaniards are night persons!
I'm neither A or B. I'm never really annoyed when waking up, nor when staying up late! And music certainly adds to my mornings.Kazoo -

Pre stroke I use to have similar hours.

Hopefully having those hours didn't play a role in you having your stroke! The views expressed in this post are entirely my own and do not reflect the opinions of maintitles.net, or for that matter, anyone else. http://www.racksandtags.com/falkirkbairn -

Looking back Alan I'm sorry to report that they did contribute. I've learned from my mistakes and if I were to relapse I could honestly say it wasn't because I didn't take care of myself.
