    Oops, I didn't know that was the rule, my apologies. A running-order did develop during about two or three games ago where it seemed to be agreed that Anthony would do one, then Tommy_Boy, and then (perhaps someone else and then) me, but if it's traditionally "winner does next one" that's fine by me!

    I have some wonderful clips ready to make at least 2 games, but considering my exams in 2 weeks time I think I'll pass on this one.

    I don't think we abide much by the winner-gets-to-make-the-next-game prize anymore, at least we haven't done so for more than 10 games. Perhaps a queue is better, so even the less good players gets to join in the fun. wink

    Shouldn't this game be in the "Games!" section?

    Anyway, no problem about the queue. I just said that because otherwise probably people who did well in the game and wanted to do one, hadn't a chance when there was a huge queue planned.

    Yeah same here mate, i downloaded it already in the first place, i was talking generally for such future uses so that people don't get annoyed by the sendspace thingy smile

    Now you're talking! I'm lost without clues. (Though in this instance I'm pretty sure I genuinely haven't heard a lot of the music before, even the much-maligned Clip 8, which sounds OK to me!)

    BTW, for example, in clip 01 why does the duration say it's 4:04 but the clip plays only 1:03? Clips 10 & 12 are down as 10+ minutes!!

    If the files are encoded in VBR, some players have difficulty working out the length. wink

    Nope! wink The player basically goes "ok..so the average bit rate is this and the total file size is this...so it must be this long!". Obviously in VBR, the bit rate can vary so it's not entirely (at all) accurate. smile

    Well, I've noticed most of the lengths are actually from my compiled suites. So most of the time these are the actual times of my tracks on selfmade compilations, usually these are various tracks together but there are also several where only one track (and the sample from that track) is presented, so sometimes yes the actual time represents the time on the soundtrack. But just in some cases

    I was trying to get ready one of my film music workshops as well, but decided to postpone it until May. I want to do a bit of an overhaul of how I present the subject.
