    Some composers dominated the chart with their consistently well-loved works – Mozart and Beethoven have the distinction of each notching up at least 20 of their pieces in the Hall Of Fame, a colossal achievement. Two of Britain’s finest writers, Elgar and Vaughan Williams, are ranked joint fourth with 12 entries each.

    I see that the # 1 piece is Vaughan Williams 'The Lark Ascending' cool

    Absolute pure choice. ( it don't get better than that )

    Nice to see many great film composers hit the list too, Williams, Shore, Morricone, Zimmer, Barry etc.
