Why don't you save everything you need onto an external hard drive and reformat your hard drive?
Wasn't this the same friend who was meant to have fixed it months ago?

Not everyone is as comfortable with computers as you and me Steven.
It's not that logic for people using pc's just for internet and emails (which is fine obviously!).
I've become a lot calmer about these things the past years.
Though, if Firefox is not installed, I will get cranky.

Me too. Especially since otherwise the cost of transport and annoyance will raise when booking somehting more away.
Thomas is this also okay for you? Perhaps we can order a 2 bedroom then? I'll defenitely need someone with a creditcard nonetheless.

I'd say that the trip to London is not really do-able in the time available. Surely there's enough to be seen in and around Bristol for the 2-3 days?
