Recently I bought the complete STAR TREK TNG DVD set, and one episode of first season, named "Datalore" has a weird sample in the score, which Goldsmith (seemingly) used again in Nemesis, when they discover the whereabouts of B-4. In the episode of "Datalore" this sample pops up just when they discover the "evil Data; Lore" Anyway, its a very short sample/synth effect (3 seconds or so), a kind of "metallic" weird sound. Just funny to have "discovered" this, at least I didn't read anything regarding this similarity yet anywhere. Anyone else noticed it? It is one of those "hidden" things Goldsmith talked about on the Hollow Man DVD, he said that the director and he really liked to add some musical ideas in the score, it didn't matter if nobody else noticed it, but for him them (he and the director) it was very satisfying.

Besides... also funny to hear how some ALIEN type of score was used in several TNG episodes... (mostly when an away team is walking through some empty corridors and such)
