Zimmer bashing appears to be cool lately...

Disliking a composer is fine but hatred!?
I'll save my hate for people who deserve it like Robert Mugabe and Burma's military leaders and the like.
I don't like a lot of Zimmer's music but I'd imagine he'd be better company in a pub than some of my favourites?
Spot on! -

Nothing to do with scores but what the hey
The old farm cat goes to heaven and god asks him "and how can I make your stay here as good as possible?" and the old farm cat replies "I've spent my life sleeping in rough barns on tough old boards, I'd like a lovely feathered pillow to sleep on". "Then it shall be so" says god.
Seven mice enter heaven and god asks them "and how can I make your stay here as good as possible?" and the seven mice reply "we've spent our lives running around and our feet are sore, we would like to have roller skates to get around more easily". "Then it shall be so" says god.
Some time later god returns to the old farm cat. "and how is your feathered pillow?" asks god. "most comfortable" replies the old farm cat "and those meals on wheels you keep sending are great".On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

Here's an old doodle I drew ages ago. Hopefully it's clear enough who these guys are supposed to be. Don't forget to click on the "Page 2" for the end of the strip.

Yay! Go Goldsmith!
I like how each super-character costume is worn by their specific composer. -

Why thank you! ^___^ Great to see these old cat scratches of mine finding an audience that can associate with the material.
I have one other:

Talk about anti-climatic ending. Don't worry, it's intended. Oh, and Atham, you'll like Goldsmith's appearance here, too.
Thanks for reading!

How does a film score fan get so strong sitting at a computer?
Because he keeps beating a dead horse...
It's lame but I like it and it's a very true commentary on us fans.Revenge is sweet... Revenge is best served cold... Revenge is ice cream. -

As a minimalist, Glass's style usually resorts to repeating certain motifs/arpeggios/things like that all the time. Martijn, as a Glass detractor, could say "ad nauseam". The Philip Glass jokes are about repeating a phrase for infinite time. These are usually musician inside jokes.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -
