    Well, when you view pics from a movie you believe it's going to get a blasting score, you instantly beginning imaging actual movie scenes with loud kick-ass action writing of your liking ontop and the whole impression goes from "just movie screen caps" (which they obviously are) to "wow". That's what Arnold has to do with the whole thing mate wink

    Some people will be glad to know I'm not in charge of the Bond franchise ( Never?...you don't say!? rolleyes wink ) because I'd dump Arnold and draft in either Terence Blanchard or John Powell.

    Blanchard would be very interesting to see what he'll produce, i am not sure i'd like it but still, very interesting. I am not sure about Powell though 'cause i wouldn't take yet another spin of the Bourne sound (no matter how good it actually is) over Arnold's kick-ass action writing for Bond.

    The problem for me with Arnold's Bond scoring is that his action stuff only sounds good when he puts the Barry style licks in ( the big WAH WAH sound of Russia With Love or Goldfinger which Arnold references ), left to his own devices and the music is a quagmire of directionless note-crunching mess, every single good theme he's written for Bond owes much to Barry.

    I'll take a more brassy Bourne style Powell thanks!

    My favorite moments from Arnold's bond scores are when he is nodding directly at Barry. However, I wouldn't have it any other way.

    I'm afraid Powell would not be as accommodating.

    I admit i'd be very curious to hear a Tyler score for a Bond movie but i am not sure if it will be any different than the WAR / TOKYO DRIFT / RAMBO and the lot score. I mean it'll rock as score for sure but definitely not the sound Bond needs. Now, if he can adjust to the Bond musicallity that'd be very fine but i am not sure if he can do that.

    Wowow, this looks sooooo good! Actually I´d never been so excited for a Bond movie. And to think what Arnold is gonna do with the score only increases the expectaction lick punk

    Acording to IMDB, Lennertz is doing the score for the videogame? Is that official? If that, I´m anxious x 2!
