I have to convert 88kbps 4 bit mono WAV files to 16kbps mono 22khz files. Once its converted I need to put it up on a website. The freeware program I tried just goofed up my computer and wouldn't let me do it at the rate I need to. I'm sure you'll know the program etc that I need to use that isn't that complicated to use.

Ya... Tom and I worked it out. Had I known that Tom had Adobe Audition I could have saved myself 30 minutes trying to teach him how to use iTunes and Audacity. Once we got to Audition it was a snap.
BTW, hey Moonie. Welcome to your new home!
