- Comment
Caliburn wrote For who is interested in my thoughts. I have reviewed SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME. https://soundtrackworld.com/2019/07/spider-man-far-from-home-michael-giacchino/
Now playing, and I agree, that it is an outstanding score. Possibly even better than its ...

- Comment NP: Shaka Zulu (1986) - Dave Pollecutt Do you know a score, that you consider a holy grail, even though few people besides you are even aware of it? Dave Pollecutt was a rather low profile South African TV composer. To be fair, the underscore here is nothing special. The magic resides in ...

- Comment Well, this is one of the rare occasions, when I can't relate the music to pictures, moods or characters. And even though the albums have their share of filler cues, I still like most of the music. :)

- Comment NP: Game of Thrones Season 8 (2019) - Ramin Djawadi Still largely ignorant of books and show, I have all 8 albums of film music in my collection. The journey closes with a lavish 2 CD album. The music is as strong as it ever was. Volker

- Comment Shaka Zulu (1986) A 10 part series featuring Henry Cele as the legendary Zulu king. The BluRay I watch shows a lovely restoration. A heavily cut version of the show had a single run on German TV back in the day. It impressed me enough to seek the series out now. I was not mistaken.

- Comment The Meg (2018) I quite like the first part, when the plot is a blend of The Lost World and The Abyss. Despite the generic story and characters the film kind of works for me here. I wish they had further developed this setting. After that part is finished, it just becomes another JAWS rip ...

- Comment
John Chambers wrote I adore it, Great action music throughout and at times incredibly moving. The orchestration is consistently brilliant and there are a couple of moments I find insanely rousing, particularly the 'Portals' cue which gets me every single time I play it. His 4 Marvel ...
