- Comment Wow. I had alot to catch up there. 1.) "Horton" is getting alot of excitment... merely because it's something new. I haven't heard it but it seems to be nothing extraordinary in the Powell section. So in a way, I agree with Demetris, in the argument that this is getting... ...

- Comment Well, when you say "cover" album you refer to the Original MP Soundtracks? If so, I enjoy hearing exactly what was on the screen... this is one of those cases. However, that aside, it's very good. A great "redo" of Morricone's things. I like how he had a Suite for different ...

- Comment Well -- I didn't say I liked it. It's good. My issue is that having the original motion picture soundtracks for the Good the Bad and the Ugly and also Once Upon a Time in the West... and comparing the two... I found it a little lacking. But I did enjoy it.... you have Morricone's ...

- Comment We must agree to disagree ... this is an old old debate. But I believe that the release was a very acceptable presentation of the film score. I'm not saying it's a good score, but that it was a good release of the score i.e. it didn't leave anything out...

- Comment
Southall wrote Hopefully they learnt their lesson from the first Narnia CD which would have been so much better with a more thoughtful presentation of the music, and we don't end up with yet another thoughtless never-ending CD and instead get something that actually presents its music ...

- Comment thanks Matt. That was my point; I couldn't get why they wouldn't sell the complete film soundtrack. But I have noticed in for example, Gladitaor (Hans Zimmer) they released a "More music from" album a few years after the original soundtrack was released. I am sure there are countless ...

- Comment Well, I have found that the soundtrack in the film, and the soundtrack on the CD are sometimes different; either the track in the film is not exactly the same as that on the CD or it's just plain not on it. know what I mean?

- discussion topic In the film but not in the soundtrack...
- Comment I've noticed that many times you will hear something in the film, which either is a different version on the soundtrack, or isn't even there. I was wondering if this is because the soundtrack is the original version of the composer... or the film is different... or something. Anyone sort me out?
