I've loved film music since I was a child. The LP of Geoff Love's western film themes was a particular favourite. My first purchases were Francis Monkman's The Long Good Friday and Morricone's The Good, the Bad and the Ugly in 1990. Since then, I've built up a reasonably-sized soundtrack collection, representing various composers and a cornucopia of styles.

I've had the great pleasure of presenting a film music show on a local community radio station. Hopefully, I will have spread the word and increased the overall appreoiation of the genre.
